Sigmund Freud theorized that "emotions not expressed in words or actions would find expression in some sort of physical ailment." Aside from tangible products that influence your health, much of our energy level (confidence) and physical ailments often stem from the mind. The conflicted thoughts that you have not been able to resolve and have brushed off, whether admittingly or not, tends to take root in how we are today, healthwise and personality wise. Society hasn't done the best job at teaching us this through the school systems but instead often do the opposite with social conditioning medias that are conflicting with our inner spirit and natural laws of love & relationships.
Fortunately, there exists a school of thought considered by most today as "personal development" which is designed to help us discover who we are, how we became who we are, and how to accept ourselves fully to dissolve insecurities & associated bad health and bring forth confidence & the good health that accompanies it. However, after studying this field for over 6 years, we understand that it can be quite intimidating and overwhelming to know where to begin.
