WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please be diligent in verifying that the shipping address is correct as customers are responsible for the following when the incorrect shipping address is provided:
1. Lost packages.
2. Cost of 2nd attempt to deliver should package be returned to sender.
3. Communicating with the courier service to locate/redirect package.
COURIER OPTIONS: USPS & UPS for domestic orders. USPS, UPS & DHL for international delivery addresses.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME:
We mostly ship SAME-DAY for orders placed before 12 p.m. PST. However, please generally allow for 1-3 days of handling time + your selected shipping time.
For Fall holidays, we tend to ship same day up until 1 hour before the end of the courier's (UPS/USPS/DHL) business day.
✨$4.20 Flat Rate Shipping✨: Is offered for all orders shipped within the U.S. via USPS or UPS (2-9 business days). If you need guaranteed shipping time, please select one of the paid options or feel free to contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING: Within 60 days of your order receipt, simply pay for the RETURN shipping and we'll refund your product return. Since you had paid for return shipping, we'll also refund your original shipping cost.
For EXCHANGES, as well, we ask that you pay for return shipping back to us and we will pay for the shipping back to you. =)

SHIPPING OVERAGES: Should a shipping estimate seem unreasonable, it likely is due to the shipping calculator being faulty. In such event, we typically refund customers when they've been charged $3 over the actual shipping. If you feel that you may be overcharged, let us know so that we may research into the matter and provide a refund if qualified.
LOST PACKAGES: Lost packages sucks & we apologize for your frustration. Because it is impossible for us to ensure security at the delivery addresses, in such cases as when packages get stolen after delivery, it is hard for us to be responsible for your package. To enhance the chances of successful delivery, we suggest that you monitor the tracking status of your order with the tracking information provided. However, in the case that your package has been lost in transit or is not to be found after being marked delivered, we again apologize for this disruption and ask that you contact us as we will do all that we can to help remedy the situation, typically by reaching out to the courier.
